About the Role
- Manage a large pipeline of client projects while providing excellent service to customers via emails
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs and ensure successful implementation
- Work closely with other teams to effectively manage client expectations and deliver high-quality projects
- Identify potential upsell opportunities and ensure proper communication with the sales team
- Ability to work independently and gain complete ownership of internal processes, as well as always being on the lookout for potential improvements to it
- Become experts in Tailor Brands’ products and stay up-to-date on new features and improvements
- Take initiative and provide excellent service to users in order to understand their needs and ensure their success with Tailor Brands
- Become the customer advocate, collaborate with our Product, CS, and Tech teams
Requirements
- English as a mother tongue – must
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of the American culture, customer behavior and expectations
- Tech savvy with the ability to multitask and function within a fast-paced work environment
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to take initiative
- An empathetic team player with a positive, can-do attitude
It would be great if you also have:
- Familiarity with Zendesk and automated support/helpdesk systems
- Experience using CRM systems
